Conditions of Carriage of Goods by Sea

We hereby inform you, that following to the decision of our Shipowners – Unity Line Limited Cyprus and Euroafrica Shipping Line Cyprus Limited – a new ‘Conditions of Carriage of Goods by Sea’ will be introduced on our ferry links as from the 1st of June, 2023. This document is a part of our ‘Freight Agreements’ and should be treated inseparably and conjointly.

Changes in the Conditions are caused by cases of returning or not using tickets by the lorry drivers. Due to increase of these cases there is an urgent need for Shipowners to find solution for this challenging and costly situation. Each case of returning and/or not using ticket by the driver will bring full responsibility and costs for the Shipper.

Above mentioned changes have no influence on continuation of our Freight Agreements and all agreed terms and conditions remain unchanged.
